My sessions are all-inclusive so that I am able to give you every gram of knowledge I have to offer, without charging extra for the tools and techniques necessary for your treatment. 90 min | $200 ​​​
WHY RECOVER TO FIT MASSAGE & BODYWORK?
Punctuality: I will arrive 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment time to set up. My goal is to have you on the table at your appointment start time so you always get the most hands-on time. This means your 90-minute massage is actually 90 minutes, not 80.
Tailored to you: No aspect of your massage should ever come as a surprise. I conduct a thorough intake at your first and I explain my treatment plan in detail. I obtain your informed consent - both verbal and written - and I make sure you know you always have the right to alter your consent.
Pressure: Need deep pressure? Don't worry, I've worked with countless military professionals, world class athletes as well as professional NBA and NFL players and still have yet to receive feedback that my pressure wasn't enough.
Community: I've cultivated a vast network of local healthcare practitioners. If I can't help you, chances are I know a local professional who can.
Privacy: Relax, your privacy and comfort is my priority. Leave your insecurities at the door.
Cleanliness: I believe ones environment can help facilitate healing. All products going on to your body, as well as those I use to sanitize with between sessions are non toxic.
